Semi-private lessons are one hour and include two to five riders. Multi-lesson packages expire one year after purchase.

Monthly Option
Monthly lesson plans.
Monthly charges are due before lessons begin. Following-month payments are automatically charged to the card on file on the 15th of the prior month.

Scheduling & Policies
Flexible online scheduling.
Clients can book available lessons online up to 90 days in advance. Bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the lesson start time.
Cancellations & Makeups
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice must be paid in full.
- Lessons cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled within 30 days.
- Unused makeups are forfeited after 30 days.
- Clients must remain on a monthly plan to use makeups from a previous month.
Booking Window & Waitlist
- Appointments may be booked up to 3 months (90 days) in advance.
- A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required when booking.
- To join a waitlist for a full date or time, contact Courtney directly.
Monthly Plan Terms
- Lessons are not scheduled when account fees are past due.
- A credit card must remain on file for automatic monthly charges.
- Ending a monthly plan forfeits unused makeup lessons.
- Cancellation requires one month’s notice before the 15th of the month.
Additional Programs
Camps and IEA.
Camp registration: Submit the camp form before paying. The first 15 completed registrations for each date are automatically confirmed; later registrations are placed on the waitlist. Card, Venmo, and Zelle payments are available to confirmed riders.
Pony Parties
Birthday party specials.
Book and pay through the Client Portal by August 31, 2026 to receive special pricing. The party itself may be scheduled for a later date.
